Sport at any level is beneficial to your well-being, providing life skills, leadership, team ethos, respect and happiness.
Perfect practice makes perfect. Practice allows you to experience ways of doing things. If you repeatedly do the same things without improving or getting success then your practice will not be considered perfect. If you find something works and incorporate that into your practice then you are likely to improve. Perfecting techniques that work for you or have worked for others is common sense and often leads to success.
